A biographical film directed by Wash Westmoreland.
After moving to Paris, author Sidonie Gabrielle Colette agrees to write a semi-autobiographical novel for her husband. Its success soon inspires her to fight for creative ownership which requires her to battle social and intellectual limitations imposed on women at the beginning of 20th century. With Keira Knightly as Colette.
