Travels with George: Seeing the Forest and the Trees - First Time on Zoom

Program: Before she met her husband George, Susan Hanes considered herself a savvy traveler. But after twenty years with a master organizer who considers the world from a wide perspective and plans trips that follow broad themes, Susan has learned to seek out the small stuff. She’ll describe her tactics of careful observation and detailed documentation, as well as a few tricks that, blended with George’s big-picture planning, have resulted in memorable experiences that enrich them both. She will share examples of her photography and prose and include a few images from her recent book, Hearts: Timeless, Universal, Transcendent.
