Program (in ENGLISH): Living in East Ukraine: Dr. Mairéad Winters-Mössinger, the wife of the new German Consul General, Wolfgang Mössinger, arrived in Chicago in August. It is a pleasure to extend a warm welcome to her and her husband on behalf of IWA. She will give a program about her life in East Ukraine where her husband was stationed for the last four years. Dr. Winters-Mössinger has accompanied her husband since their marriage in 1990 and has therefore experienced life in the following countries: Azerbaijan, Scotland, Senegal, Finland and Russia (Moscow).
