Presenter: Joseph Yackley, son of IWA member Sel Yackley. Fluent in six languages, Joe has served with the State Department in Tunis and Turkey. His next assignment as an ‘Iran Watcher’ takes him back to Istanbul. Joe holds a PhD from the University of Chicago and is a co-author of “Risk Rules: How Local Politics Threaten the Global Economy.”
